DM Jepsen Photography grew out of friendly encouragement and a growing love for sharing stories through the lens. I started close to home (Clevedon), building my Facebook page and gradually finding myself capturing the real moments that make South Auckland unique. Today I help people and animals across the region feel comfortable as I capture their stories, always with a relaxed, down-to-earth approach. For my animal and wildlife portraits, I feel most at home in forests, stream edges, seaside and your own gardens. I go wherever animals are happiest, creating images that tell their story right where they belong. From urban to rural settings. I always work in a relaxed, friendly way to help animals act naturally and bring out their unique personality. That's what makes where I work in Clevedon and beyond special.
